Here is the truth about everything that has gone on over the years. Read the enclosures, I think you'll find them interesting. This all started when I showed patty two pages of my notes (attachment #1). Patty in court said she had a f.o.id card and had access to a gun if she needs it. Well she was the one who threw stuff at me and the kids had even handed her stuff and said "here throw this at him." She told the kids that she brought them into this world, she could take them out. She also made threats against me; she watched CSI and said she would get away with it as they would never find my body. I ran into one of her friends one day and they asked what was new. I told her Patty had access to a gun. Her friend said "they can't give her a gun she is crazy. She will get you but probably take the kids out first." This isn't the first person who commented about Patty's mental state. In 2OO7 I spoke with her neighbor across the street, she said "l got mad at my Samantha when she was a kid, but I never even thought about the things Patty talks about. I cringe every time I come out of the house and look across the street." I wrote that down in my notebook immediately. The sheriff said he couldn't do anything except increase patrols until she hurts somebody. One of the neighbors came to me and said patty had told her the squad cars were going by to make sure I didn't come around; the neighbor said she didn't even know it was her they all were watching. She can flip out without warning. She chewed out the President of the co-op in the middle of a meeting and one of the 4-H leaders husband in the middle of the 4-H fair. Her temper is scary. I had talked to the sheriff and asked what he could do to protect the kids; he said he could only increase patrols until she hurts somebody. She told one of her neighbors "do you see the cops going by all the time, they making sure he doesn't come around." The neighbor came to me and said 'she doesn't even know we are all watching her Everything is about her and what she can get. My neighbor mowed my campground site for me. Then he and his wife had health issues so I mowed his. Patty said "you don't need to mow his" I said he mowed ours for years and she commented "but he's not anymore." Speaking of the Woodhaven property, after we sold it I stopped out and sprayed weeds in the driveway for the new owner. He came out and was telling me he found out what the smell was in the camper. A gas line had been over tightened and the fitting was cracked. He said on one weekend he had ridden out with his brother (next lot) and had no car parked in front of his camper. He heard a car door out front so he came to the door and flung it open as Patty was about to put the key in the door. She had the deer in the headlight look. He said she stammered and said here I found another key. He believes she was going to do something about the gas leak because I wasn't camping there and somebody else was. She always said don't mess with women's world. She would tell them anything she wanted and they (the judges) would believe her. She always got everything she wanted, first it was Lucy and me bears, then onto Longaberger baskets and then 4 hutches of Precious Moments. Then in court she said they were all gifts, who would be dumb enough to believe her! lf I said anything she would say that I needed to get in touch with my feminine side. I told her that if I got any more in touch with my feminine side I would have a period. She said she didn't have to watch Desperate Housewives as she lived it. The Pope is having a meeting with all the bishops on family values this fall. Attachment #2 is a copy of my letter to them, so if you got a call that is why. Patty did everything and accused me. She said I bad mouthed her. In fact her brother went to the taverns in Shabbona and said, 'the Roods think they are so great, I know one of them beats his kids.' People in Shabbona showed up at my brother and sisters' houses and told them what was going on. They told them, we know the Roods and the Doyle's and we know who to believe. She sent an e-mail to my family and then in court said she didn't, see attachment #3. I was paying for the internet so I had it set that every e-mail that went to the house also came to my work computer, I have lots of good stuff. More proof of what she had said, she would do whatever she wanted and the judges would be gullible enough to believe her. I was turned into DCFS as a drunk and I don't even touch any alcohol, DCFS couldn't believe what was going on. When they interviewed the kids they were told, 'Dad's not the one who drinks.' I have been writing this letter for months and the other day (Jan.'14)l was at a blood drive. After you donate they want you to stay and eat and drink something. I was sitting there when the host asked another donor what he wanted to drink, he said "B1", she asked what that is and I said Bud Lite. The guy who hardly knows me says "he knows and he doesn't drink." Last week a guy came in my office and asked what was happening now. Told him about her trying to keep Natalyn's child support going. He said it sounds like her dad, said he is the laziest guy in Shabbona. Then talked about how Jeff (her brother) went to college and got a colored girl pregnant. Their mom said "I'm no grandma to a Niger baby." Her dad always wanted to forget all the things her brother did. I always told my kids" if you do something bad people will remember it forever but if you do something good they forget it tomorrow, so you need to do good every day." He kept getting hurt at work (see attachment #4, exhibit #8) and then in 2007 he was with a friend and a young kid ran a stop sign and they hit him. When the parents got there he was cussing the kid out and refused treatment, then later he decided he was hurt and was in the hospital. He tried to sue them for an amount greater than their insurance; they are unsure how it came out. Everyone knows it is all a lie except the people who work at 309 S. Galena Ave. I tried to warn you what was happening (see attachment #4 and 5). I was at my brother's house in June of 2011 and my cell phone rang and the person hung up when I answered. It was the court house number and no one answered when I called back. Monday I called and Lori Middleton said it only could have been the judge who called on Sunday. I guess that goes along with someone who works at the court house telling me I had better be careful as they were trying to get me into the crossbar restaurant fail. I said it will take all of them, which it looks like you all were doing as my mobile number was similar to Patty's. Look at attachment # 5; Brian Gerken wanted me to take a plea even though he knew I did nothing. He said they all will come in and tell the same lie and the judge will go along with them. I think he also knew what the 4 of you were doing. Everything she does is always somebody else's fault. I am having fun with the new law just started last week about not to talk on the cell phone while driving. I tell everyone I never did as I would have to set my beer down to answer the phone. She said I make fun of her when just the opposite is true. I had reading glasses for a year before she knew it and when she saw me with them she said, "Now you really look like something, big belly, bald, big nose and now glasses." She always said I made nothing of my life, I was just a pig farmer, why couldn't I have been and engineer or a superintendent. I asked what she had done with her life and she said, ,,1 married smart." Now look at attachment #6, some Vern is the grandparent of Kayla's baby. So now patty is admitting to having an affair back in the 1990's. Neighbors told me there were a lot of traffic in and out of my house, but I said it was since we ran the co-op office out of there, now I know different. She always had me call before I came home at lunch. Now the town is laughing that she is the town slut, but it won't be long and that will all be my fault also. She used to say her friend Diane messed with lots of guys and Greg didn't kick her out, now I know what that comment meant also. She was saying she wasn't as bad as Diane. Where was Vern before, he shows up now after Kayla is past the age for child support. When this started in 2007 I called a neighbor and told her what was going on. The following morning her husband came to my office saying "you expect us to believe what you told her yesterday, I showed him the paperwork. He says she has totally lost it. She is like a kid who tells the first lie and then keeps lying after that. She was always mad at how I could remember everything, but when you only tell the truth you only need to remember one story. The Judicial Inquiry Board says I'm the only one telling the truth. She pulls everything and then doesn't want it told. Her father always had her brother doing stupid stuff and she said she was glad not to be in Shabbona with all that going on. Well now she brought the baggage to Amboy and is putting what I thought were my kids in the middle of it. She said she would accuse me of anything; she wasn't the one missing work. She gets that right from her dad. Look at Ogle County on judici and search for Jeff Doyle, you will see all the court cases and how he doesn't pay the fines, they think that they are above the law. A parent has told me that they told their kids to stay away from the Rood kids because they were unsure of what Patty will accuse anybody of next. The court system has made it where women think they can get away with anything and now the divorce rate has gone up and more women and kids are on the welfare system. That is all because of judges who won't stand up for what is right. The man is called the host so a woman who doesn't work is a parasite, lives off the host. She had dinner with a family friend years ago and said I was the only one she trusted the kids with, not her own dad. The friend told me about it and wondered if she had been molested as a kid because she doesn't trust her father. I said I didn't know but they are from Kentucky so who knows. Last spring Natalyn graduated high school and since she was already j.8 the state statue and the divorce judgment both say that the child support ends. In court Patty tried to get it to continue saying sometimes it goes to age 19. The judge didn't even know the law and had to leave the bench to look it up, but he had to go with the state law, so it ended on Natalyn. Everyone asked how court went when I told them they all said she would get married to have a new sugar daddy. A couple people bet that she would marry a Mexican. During proceedings she made me out to be a bad guy and fought everything I tried to do right, knowing the judges were working with her. After court I told friends that I had one more year of child support and they asked what the agreement on college was. I told them Rolfe said that since it was not in the divorce decree to be settled later and since she had sole custody I was not obligated. Friends have said she will try to get that anyway. Neighbors said once she can't get money by having the kids she will move on to the next sugar daddy. She has turned the kids against me on her stories and I have the years of notes. She said she would kill the kids before giving me custody. Every day the kids and I aren't in the obituary column is a good day. I am glad I'm not the one who gave her custody when she should have been giving physiology treatment. Somebody has egg on their face. Her brother also would flip out and throw things. I used to ask her parents' "are you sure you two aren't related." I was trying to get them to understand their daughter was just as far off as their son. lf I had told them straight out they would have denied everything and told her and I would be outrunning more knives. In the fall of 2005 I called on her for always throwing things at me, I should have pressed charges. In 2006 she told her parents about it, she said her dad would buy her a house and pay for her divorce so I had better straighten out. She called on a house and she said the guy sounded real nice and wanted to meet her. I was paying the cell phone bill and when I got it from her there was a contact 'friend.' Attachment #7 is the rap sheet on 'friend.' lf you look through the court transcripts you will see where she said that I keep everything quiet till the end and did the same thing to the school board and made a fool out of the board president. Here is that story. After the teachers were given a huge raise two board members told me the president was mad as part of the deal the teachers were supposed to make his kid valedictorian or salutatorian of the class and they placed him third. Then their daughter didn't get the lead in the spring musical. My secretary was assistant director and when the castings were set my office phone starting ringing. First the band director called and said Kim Becker had called her and said her daughter was a senior and must be a star. Then the director called and said Mark Becker had called him and called him everything but a white man. I had helped with the fall play and the director and I had talked about how they expect everything for their kids. The director said as bad as Kim is her sister-in-law Beth is worse. Patty has been mad that I can remember everything, but when you only tell the truth you only have one story to remember. I was not afraid to keep notes because God knows I am not going to change my story. The divorce order said the kids saving accounts were to be turned over at age 18 with both parents signature. She closed the accounts and opened ones with only her name on it. To find this out I had to take her to court for the accounting of the minor children accounts. The judicial Inquiry Board could not believe she was not in jail for breaking the order. By letting her get away with that she has continued doing as she wants. Mathew called and asked what he has to do about interest earned on his college fund. I told him that since I claim him, I would pay the tax. He said mother had done her taxes and claimed him, I said she is going to jail. The following morning the oldest calls and said don't put mom in jail she didn't know it till late last night and is calling to have an amended return done. See what I mean by they do whatever they want, Mathew knew it in the afternoon and the oldest claims Patty didn't know it till night. Now I can't file electronically because the amended return won't be reviewed for a couple months and Mathew's social security number is already used. As I have been writing this I have looked at the transcripts and can't believe the lies she told and you bought them, or were just mad at me for reporting one of you to the J.I.B. Attachment #8 was wrote years ago. Now I know what Rolfe Ehrmann meant when he said "just because someone has an education doesn't mean they are intelligent." The high priest that condemned Jesus wore robes too and they were also wrong. The accountant always sent the child support early because he didn't trust the mail. Well as payments were supposed to end he "accidently" sent one extra payment. He called her and she said the account that it was automatically getting put into had been closed as she had just got married (14 days before child support ended) and they opened a new account and she would deposit into my account. Well I got my bank statement and it was not there so the accountant called her again and she said she would get around to it. Now on October L1th my accountant gets a check from her made out to him but it isn't signed. Well if I had been one day late she would have had me in court and now look at what she does and she knows I am keeping notes on her actions. All this is beyond stupid. Natalyn, the middle child, has wanted me to share info with her and I said not till she was Lg. Well she is getting a copy of this along with the Judicial Inquiry Board. with 2 of you near retirement, now would be a bad time to be removed from the bench and lose out on the pension. There is someone in the States Attorney's office just waiting to try to get one of your seats. Several people that voted for her have now said it was a mistake but since she was a republican they thought they had to. Henry had told me he could beat her but not Bollman. lf you remember Henry and her worked together bad mouthing Bollman for working for his brother-in-law in the states attorney's office. So the election comes down to Henry and her, and all the sudden a lady judge from Ogle county makes the front page accusing Henry of not chasing up there for some stupid case against one of the government employees. I applaud Henry for not spending our tax money to chase to every status hearing. Wonder who is behind all that, let's see she is running, and has a vacation buddy who is a judge and maybe those two judges were in woman's world again. What will she pull to get your seat on the bench? I heard her and her judge friend were drunk as could be at a fund raiser at the golf course this summer, but the judge was drunk years ago also at the tavern in Harmon and got in her vehicle when she left. As I am about ready to print this, last night (10-17-14) on ABC's 2O/2O there was a story about a guy who had an ex- girlfriend who had him arrested and also made false allegations on him. Finally the authorities stepped in and arrested her and she got 9 years. Maybe you can learn from them.
